Cancellation Policy

At Yeshua Cleaning, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and respect for our staff's time, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

 

Cancellation Notice:

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. There will also be a $15 fee added to your invoice total.

 

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of $15 and 50% of the service cost. This fee helps cover the cost of lost time and resources.

 

No-Show Policy:

If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, deposit(s) will not be refunded.

 

Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

 

Notification:

Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or our online booking system. Please ensure you receive confirmation of your cancellation to avoid any charges.
